1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any product that has been tampered with or shows signs of use

Items purchased during special sales or discounts (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Replacement & Processing Time

5. Delivery Charges

If the product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, The Extra will cover the return and re-delivery charges.

For change-of-mind returns (if allowed), the customer is responsible for delivery costs.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return if it meets the eligibility criteria.
