At The Extra, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hair colour (if opened or used)

  • Hair masks (if opened or used)

  • Any product that has been tampered with or shows signs of use

  • Items purchased during special sales or discounts (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and proof of the issue:

4. Replacement & Processing Time

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the item.

  • In special cases where a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative solution.

  • Processing usually takes 2–5 business days after approval.

5. Delivery Charges

  • If the product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, The Extra will cover the return and re-delivery charges.

  • For change-of-mind returns (if allowed), the customer is responsible for delivery costs.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return if it meets the eligibility criteria.
